I See! Very interesting behavior, my instinct would have been that my relay automatically seeks out all the I follow and provides me their posts. Kinda like the federated approach of matrix.

Ahhh, i thought my relay will connect to other relays to fetch messages from them.. So if i understand you correctly, I have a bot that ONLY publishes messages to my relay. Does that mean everybody has to add my relay in order to read its messages?

I host the nostr-rs-relay with only my npub allowed to publish to it. Not sure if there is some other config i need to set

#asknostr When I only add my self-hosted relay for this account I cannot see any other posts but my own. I thought my relay will fetch the posts from people I follow. What am I doing wrong?
