Have you read the Wool series? It's perfect just 3 books each with an ending. It's also on apple TV as the Silo series.

One card mentioned a cure. That never happened did it. I'll maybe give them that it prevents some deaths but I never saw evidence of that either.

I eat carnivore for two weeks and it's the best I ever felt. I'm going to eat low carb/ Mediterranean next and compare how I feel. The problem is I struggle to maintain consistency, any tips? I will also have some vegetarian meals to compare.
