Truth.
Putting down your phone and becoming a person again will set you apart. You will benefit in all aspects of your life. Employers will find you more productive. Your spouse will find you more attractive. Your children will want to be like you. You’ll have ideas again. This is the new great discovery. I hope people find it before it’s too late.
Fair point. I like the move forward mentality. The tricky part is how to articulate to people that bitcoin is indeed THE lifeboat. I’ve been trying to convince people I love that their lives could be so much better. I want to see them flourish but years go by and they still aren’t getting it. I want to give up and let them ask questions when they’re ready but at the same time I love them too much to watch them get debased. Thanks for the input, brother. Much appreciated.
Something I’ve been thinking on for a while : I think we all agree inflation is theft. Dollars are created by banks issuing mortgages, personal loans, business loans, credit cards, etc. Doesn’t that make all of us guilty of increasing the money supply and debasing savers worldwide? I’m not pointing any fingers here. Mainly at myself. If I hold a mortgage does that make me guilty of being a thief? I’m at least complicit. Especially since as a bitcoiner I am aware of this. Any thoughts? @
In 2022 I read Jeff Booth’s article “Finding Signal In a Noisy World”. Understanding the blockchain trilemma and the tradeoffs these crypto projects have to make was pivotal for me. Bitcoin had first mover advantage and got to a stage where it could truly be secure and decentralized without being co-opted. Now through layer 2’s, it can scale. NOTHING else can do this. Once I realized this, I moved all my altcoin positions into bitcoin. Man, has that decision aged nicely. Thank you,
