So true. Nothing about Saylor should be surprising to anyone who looks at incentives. I get that now more obvious but why would a company that has Vanguard, BlackRock, etc. as the largest shareholders pursue an alternative path? These firms rule "passive" investing. They don't want people to have agency and pursue alternative paths. They want to perpetuate the status quo.
