These popular ‘modest’ fashion models are a disgrace to Islam. The sheer incompetence and misunderstanding of Islamic modesty is perplexing for two reasons: 1. The purpose of modesty is to veil and keep attention away from YOU, but you can’t be a model without all the attention being toward YOU. 2. The majority of the outfits they wear violates the commandments associated with Islamic modesty.
