you are very wrong. this is a softfork, not an hardfork. if you do nothing bipminers are going to earn your fees, while bitcoin miners will risk to be orphaned by an eventually longer chain(with more work acumulated). if you do nothing lukecoin will win. and bitcoin will be censored.
