What a great question. Right now, I generally go about it one of two ways: I check in with my physical body (do I feel tired? If so, I'll wind down or do something restful. If not, keep going.) Or based on circadian rhythm. I don't do anything tech related after dark. If I still feel like "doing stuff" then, I focus on non-tech stuff like journaling, meditating, shower, etc. If not, just read and go to bed.
