You got this! If it's something you yourself really want to achieve, not what other people think you should be doing, you can definitely do it. When I first tried to stop for others (family, exes, doctors) or not really wanting to stop for myself (for example socially when drinking with friends etc) it never worked....ever...no matter how much I tried. Finally I got so fed up that I just thought fuck this! It's like someone telling you you can't do something, so you do the exact thing they said you couldn't do. Not to prove them wrong but just because deep down you know you can do it. As soon as you realise you have the power within, it is eye opening and, like discovering bitcoin, your whole reality shifts. Stopping smoking was the best decision, and the hardest work I've ever done. It will be 9 years this December for me and I used to smoke 20-30 a day It's hard work, but the best things in life don't come easy.
