Day 24/31 Knee tucks Stretching #31days
GM Dan!
With a trainer. I totally could do it on my own though but I like the social aspect and not getting bumped from using a machine/set up. I go to two gyms; one with a trainer and one without. I know what to do and how to do it. At the second gym it takes awhile to get the weights or machine I want and then I need to do 3 sets in a row because I’ll lose it if I alternate. It’s much harder to do a circuit or routine without a trainer. It’s nice not to have to work around what others are doing especially if they are just hanging out on the machine on their phones.
lol nice one! It was actually break stuff but I do like to crank that one too!

Hopefully all works out well. For the rechargeable hand warmers I use the OCOOPA brand. I haven’t tracked how long they last for as I typically do a morning hunt and then afternoon hunt. In between the hunts, I put my all my things on charge to keep me comfortable. I try to keep the warmth on the lowest setting to keep me warm the entire time sometimes I have it at full blast depending on temperature. I also like keeping a rechargeable charger on me to charge my phone and any other heat rechargeable source like my hand warmers and other devices. I haven’t tested the heated hand muff out yet but I picked up the “savior heat heated hand muff”. While on the subject of heated goodies.. I highly recommend the pnuma heated vest. It comes from the states so not sure how bad it will be with tariffs.. I bought mine years ago. You wear a thin base layer and then the fitted yet stretchy vest over top and then whatever clothing or jacket on top. It targets keeping your kidneys warm too which most heated vests/coats/hoodies do not. When I turn it on in the treestand, it honestly feels like I’m getting into a warm bath. Highly recommend 10/10.
WOW!! Here we are 30 years later living in a throw away hook-up culture. Commitment doesn’t seem to exist anymore nor does the willingness to work through things in good times and bad. It’s heartbreaking literally. Where’s that old fashioned love and commitment?! People are in search of the “perfect” partner which merely doesn’t exist. The world is filled with so many synthetics, drugs and procedures which people go for to reach that “perfect” aesthetic which I find to be completely pathetic. I believe people need to honour themselves and return to the basics of proper nutrition, exercise and holistic practices or even plain just getting more natural sunlight. Maybe once people are properly nourished and balanced, they can see the world a little differently and become more wholesome.
Gorgeous! Good luck this season!
Does Canada Post typically deliver your Amazon packages? I have an independent company that delivers all Amazon orders but maybe perhaps you live in a rural area? I try to only have one hand warmer on in my hand muff and switch the rechargeable warmer from one hand to the other just in case I need to rely on the second one later. A family member liked my setup so for Christmas I tried to get a hand muff for them and seen I could get a rechargeable heated hand muff. I may have ordered one for myself too lol I’ll be trying that out as well. I figured it would also really come in handy during ice fishing. I can just imagine how great it feels to warm up your hands when gutting a deer. I’ve witnessed family members finally get relief from the cold. Luckily I only need to hold a leg or two and possibly a flashlight while staying warm and offer some verbal support! 🙃

I use a fleece hand muff with rechargeable hand warmers in November that works like a charm.
This afternoon was the first of the season. I’m a treestand girlie but started in a ground blind years ago. I like the advantages a tree stand offers. One plus being of course to see them coming and be out of their line of sight.
