Today is my TWO YEAR GYM ANNIVERSARY!! Two years of gaining strength, tightening muscles, pushing my limits and gaining freedom. I used to get chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massages weekly/bi-weekly. I have not done so since 2023. I no longer need to although who doesn’t love a massage?! My body moves with ease. It easily adapts to new exercises or activities like standing on a paddleboard on rough water from a seated position or skating kilometres throughout the winter. You have one body; take care of it and it will take care of you!
