Even though I now work on Saturdays, I still make it a point to continue learning during my breaks. I am currently completing the 16-hour Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Internalizing Behaviors among Children and Practical Home Support offered by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). Every certificate I earn is another step in preparing for my career transition from the corporate world to teaching. As a future educator, I want to deepen my understanding of children's emotional and behavioral needs so I can provide not only quality instruction but also a supportive and compassionate learning environment. Balancing work and online learning isn't always easy, but every lesson completed brings me closer to my goal. Learning never stops, and every opportunity to grow is worth the effort.
