Today is a full moon in Capricorn. And now we're at the halfway point of 2026. In Japan, people mainly perform the summer purification ritual by passing through a ring of reeds at Shinto shrines. This marks a milestone and is a perfect opportunity to celebrate what we've accomplished over the past six months, while also allowing us to re-evaluate the foundations of our daily lives and let go of unnecessary habits and attachments to the past.
