I made paths for him to not one but two tall bookshelves, up by the ceiling. He has full access to the center island kitchen counter, same height as the others. It’s not the height he wants, it’s access to “everything the light touches”. Or maybe he wants to drag his stinky litterbox ass on the dish drainer and food-prep surfaces.
