Incredibly simple to setup, open source, film producers can self-distribute and serve their library titles. Open source iTunes for movies. Blah blah paywalls, information wants to be free yeah I get it, keep pirating. But until AI gets good enough, it still costs money to make quality art/entertainment, and this system would bypass the predatory distributors and give the money straight to the filmmakers. It would be more convenient even than piracy or a dozen monthly subscriptions Comments section/social aspect is already built in. Could be a great use case for Nostr.
