You wait for the timelock to expire, then when the funds are in your on-chain balance you can go to Menu > Tools > Sweep on-chain balance

When you force close a channel you have to wait for the timelock to expire before you can spend the funds on-chain again.

DM or contact the support email in the app. If channels were with Olympus send us your node pubkey (Menu > Node info) and we can check the channel states.
