As rule of thumbs , the people already given up their ID when they signed up for Google in which you tube is one of service , and when you subscribe to content creators they all-ready registered your card payment . So this age verification is so silly…. The people who have card payment is already authorised by the bank to have their card .. and most baby age 3 -5 years can not have this CC. So this is really stupidity coming from bureaucracy that overreach KYC requirements.
