Sounds nice but in practise people are nostalgic they use the past as a trap for their mind guardrails on their path. Look at any of the major religions... that ancestral knowledge has been a framework for the worst of us to manipulate supplying convenient ready made excuses for the worst anti societal behaviours, for their individual gain. Our priority should be not to repeat the mistakes of our fathers.

A man without a past is free to create his future. You can be more, don't fall into the heritage trap repeating the mistakes of your ancestors passing them on to your children. You are free to build your identity. Your mind is an individual not a lineage.
