KReally enjoyed this episode of ā€œWhat Bitcoin Didā€ with https://open.spotify.com/episode/3juZK92Sbiv4sS7NdBjKdj?si=DnWhUGDbRwuZZOgmY0cFaA&utm_source=copy-link I’ve come to believe that Bitcoin doesn’t require everyone to understand it. If only 1% of the population truly sees Bitcoin for what it is—hope, truth, sovereignty, and the possibilities it unlocks—that may have been enough. As long as its use cases continue to expand… As long as it becomes increasingly easier to save, spend, transact, borrow, build and create on a foundation of hard money… As long as the opportunities it enables provide genuine value to ordinary people—for example, locking in lower interest rates by using pristine collateral to purchase real estate through companies like The People’s Reserve, or entrepreneurs like and building businesses such as ORANGE JUICE HODLINGS Inc. that extend Bitcoin’s principles into the broader economy… …then adoption no longer depends on everyone sharing the same philosophy. Most people don’t care how the internet works. They don’t understand the underlying technology. They’ve never studied telecommunications. Neither have I. They simply use what makes their lives better. The internet transformed the world without requiring philosophical agreement. Fire did. The printing press did. The iPhone did. Bitcoin can too. If its first principles remain intact—fixed supply, decentralisation, censorship resistance and verifiable scarcity—then adoption becomes less about ideology and more about utility. People don’t adopt better tools because they love the technology. They adopt them because those tools improve their lives. Because they make sense. Because they’re better. That said, every great idea begins with belief. Before there is utility… Before there are products… Before there are millions of users… There is a small group of people that see something the rest of the world cannot yet see. Belief is the spark. It creates the first builders. The first businesses. The first users. Then utility takes over. The internet followed that path. Bitcoin will too. But Bitcoin doesn’t need billions of philosophers. It needs millions of users. I’m inspired by people who are deeply passionate about Bitcoin because I’m one of them. But I’ve also come to appreciate that not everyone needs to be. Every movement has its torchbearers. Perhaps the role of the 1% isn’t to convince everyone. Perhaps it’s simply to carry the flame long enough for the fire to reach everyone else. Now its use cases can carry it the rest of the way.

Here are our latest rescue pups- Gus & Priscilla!!! Absolutely terrified of humans- except for me - and they are stage 10 clingers which I love, but my kids not so much. ā€œMum you love the dogs more than me!ā€ (Possibly true. šŸ˜) Now investing lots of time, love & routine to reset their nervous systems and their trust challenges.
