Interesting about the B vitamins! Yes I always encourage my wife to be as natural as possible with the pregnancy. Here in Canada its crazy how much they want to give the mother and the baby, vaccines and things that doctors recommend. I don't trust our medical system after covid and did research into vaccination in general and I think the benefits are unproven and risk of chronic disease is higher the more vaccines are given.

I have figured out and used OBS so far. I will also try to start using Restream.io where you can connect OBS and stream to multiple locations. Just have to figure out how to make nostr one of those locations but I think I know how. Just gotta do it next test we do either this weekend or next.
