I’m 20 years into a relationship and 15 years into marriage and the passion keeps increasing. I can’t get enough of my wife and she reciprocates. Don’t believe anyone who tells you that the desire dies over time. It might have for them. But it doesn’t have to. We are proof it can get sexier.

Persistent lower back pain is often the result of under active tight muscles. 1) Gluteus maximus (butt) 2) Gluteus medius (side butt) 3) Transverse abdominis (deep core) Get your butt and core strong and most of the issues will subside. The icing on the cake is stretching glutes, hamstrings and lower back. Ditch the chiropractor and fix yourself. #getstrong

This mornings workout. • Assault bike - 5 mins • Lateral banded walks - x 3 with heavy bands • Sled push - 50m x 4 @ 100kg • Trap bar deadlift with feet elevated to get more depth - 5 sets max lifts 130kg • Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets with 14kg DBs • Bodyweight dips - 4 sets with slow eccentric lowers • Standing calf raises - 3 sets Felt like a good sesh. Functional and heavy. #getstrong
