Since going keto hardcore keto back in the day.. i feel the same way about bread, pasta, rices etc. i know that many will disagree cause their brains are wired for carbs.. when you go long enough just eating the meat, and fatty sauces like cheese and gravy. You realize that carbs is short for cardboard and the grains were included as a psyop to control society. Against the grain // seeing like a state. Great books that I read whilst on keto. I was feeling so great and never wanted a carb again that i decided to look at the history of why carbs are such a big part of diets all around the world. Against the grain argues it was for control. After reading while feeling 15/10 for the first time in my life.. I actually agree.

You put it nicely. Low time preference cookware. I’m big into owning quality items. Not necessarily expensive but just good stuff. Cookware, cups etc. This felt like it could be one of those things. We go through pans quickly in this house hold.
