Je regarde l’émission “100 jours avec les gendarmes” pour la première fois depuis des années. Je ne sais pas si le but est de booster le recrutement ou de rassurer les français que leur sécurité est assurée, mais dans les deux cas c’est profondément raté. Discussions sans fin avec tous les alcolos, cassos et racailles locales, insultes constantes sans aucun droit d’imposer le respect, impuissance totale face à de nombreuses situations, multirécidivistes qui sont systématiquement remis en liberté, peur bleue de blesser qui que se soit sous peine d’être reconnu coupable, bureaux vétustes…. #gendarmerie #gendarme #france #nostrfr #police

Your safety is largely dependent on where you live. Whether you own your btc in cold storage or on a hot wallet, the access point is you. Ultimately you’re responsible for your own safety. Bitcoin speaks for itself and everyone will get it at the price their deserve. I promote it by using it (run a node, stack no-KYC, spend it) along with other freedom techs (Nostr, self-hosting).

Not against using monero. I just haven’t seen any monero circular economies developing or physical stores accepting it. Regarding my post above, monero in itself doesn’t protect you from wrench attacks.
