Run it on WiFi Direct instead of Bluetooth. 1,000x high bitrate. 5x+ more range. Doing good work!

Normal limitation of mesh networks. Key is solving the routing to prevent duplication.

Finally tested Bitchat. Biggest bugs: Once connection is lost, it doesn't re-establish automatically. Also, app doesn't retry messages if connection gets lost. Esp in private channels. Once connection is re-established, a msg resend attempt should occur. App is workable if these are solved.

Love what did with BitChat. A functional mesh is critical right now. I'd suggest replicating this on WiFi bands for higher bandwidth and longer range. It might hook in well to IPFS too. Or localized servers to achieve the fewest hops (latency) for popular content. It could end ISP's (maybe).
