In my experience, the path almost always starts with understanding the problem - that is, fiat. There’s no need to mention Bitcoin at first. And: every journey is individual; I listen more and ask questions rather than telling my own story. Every conversation is different. Those deeply rooted in Keynesian thinking are often more closed off, defend the ideology they know, and fall back on (flawed) standard arguments. But I’ve often seen former conversation partners later come back to me with questions and eventually find their way to Bitcoin. Even more surprising, though rare, is when in later discussions with others, they suddenly start making pro-Bitcoin arguments themselves. Those are the real highlights.
