The name rafidha is because they reject the leadership of the companions like abu bakr and umar radiallahu anhuma. I dont know who named them this but they seem to accept it and claim yes we are rafidha

the first hadith is weak according to basically every trusted muhaddith and the second hadith is straight up fabricated according to ibn taymiyyah and al bayhaqi and others Nor are the dead and the living equal.
