Central Texas #flooding. Got over 5.5" of rain in our neighborhood since midnight. This is our little creek down the street. Normally runs about 5 cubic feet per second, and about 8" high. This photo/video is at 1000cfs and 5' high. Earlier today while I was working it was 8000cfs and 12' high and overflowing the bridge we're standing on, so 8x the flow of this.. The kids were picking up the debris from the earlier cresting and tossing it in to see the speed- I'd guess 15mph. Our homestead sucked up all the water and the uphill neighbors that drain down to us with various methods. Thats 77,000 gallons of water that fell just on our little spot plus about half that from uphill neighbors in less than a day. Wild times #texas #floods

Its based on this book Its basically a week of drinking tart cherry juice (8oz/day), 1 salt water enema on day one of fasting, then drinking 4 rounds of Epsom salt water mix with one olive oil/grapefruit juice in between/over the next night and morning. The book has the specific timings, but I bet you can find specifics online. I ended up having about a dozen nickel to quarter sized stones come out and hundreds of bb sized ones.
