Yep, newpipe (or pipe pipe or etc etc) is perfect for actually showing me my subscriptions in chronological order. YouTube is a nightmare for this.

The default view should be all posts are deciphered as alphanumeric qabbalah. You should have to click a fair few times on stuff just to get the English.
