New beef on the homestead. My daughter’s 4H steer for next year.

We’ve really enjoyed it and keep it running.

We finished our first batch of homegrown onion powder using our freeze dryer. Turned out really well. Will be making garlic powder next. Wife has been selling to friends and family. The green beans are still producing and we are blessed with an abundance!

Likewise. It’s been 30 years for me.
