It's incidents like these that make me, as an American, question just how unserious and feckless Europe is. You're telling me they walked into your museum, stole your crown jewels and got away on scooters??

I can't think of a single service that uses a voicebot that's actually helpful (or sounds halfway natural. ) It's all stonewalling and friction until I'm finally transferred to a human. And why do they all still sound choppy and awkward? Why is this the case even beyond call centers? Google Maps navigation voices still sound like Microsoft Narrator. And none of this has changed much in the last five years if my memory serves correctly.

Patiently waiting for the AI revolution to get around to call center robots...

To cap off that amazing week we hiked to the top of Mt. Rosa via the Pipeline Trail. 14.8 mile round trip. 3981' up and down. One of the best summit views I've personally seen and the perfect time of year to see it.
