Its also kind of strange that all countries have a passport and can issue a passport. Almost nobody finds that strange.

Big government/state is way more dangerous to humanity/life on earth than nuclear proliferation (one is a consequence of the other). Keeping it small should be a priority in our daily life and little actions. Like not littering the beach or having some environmental counsciousness.
