One of the only things that helped me manage my "long Covid" symptoms was no longer getting those vaccinations. This was at the recommendation of a doctor who pointed out that all of my symptoms come from excessive inflammation, and we know the vaccines also cause inflammation. I got COVID every three months for 2.5 years, never really recovered fully, even though I was doing everything "right" and staying isolated and vaxxed. Since I stopped taking the vaccine a year ago I haven't had COVID at all. My inflammation started to go down and I've been able to feel like a human again for the first time in years. I no longer trust the establishment medical research at all, maybe I shouldn't have before but I try to be good even with things I don't understand. There's more to this than they're communicating and that vaccine was at the very least rushed at the expense of people like myself who lost years of their lives to self inflicted illness.

To me, the secret is to treat my physical body kind of like a toddler. Have I had enough water? Healthy food? Physical and social activities to tire me out? Have I been watching things that will give me nightmares? Am I sleeping enough or two much? Have I been sober and away from toxic chemicals? Once those things are taken care of problems either resolve, or become more obvious so you can take action to resolve them. Without taking care of those basic things, our nervous system is kind of overwhelmed constantly with warning alarms blaring that we don't understand. Generally speaking, the present moment is perfectly adequate. In some situations it's not, and in those situations call for help, but usually we aren't in those situations. Usually as Seneca says we suffer more in imagination than in reality.

The whole thing makes me so sick, but honestly so many of the people very loud now about Epstein were also very loud AGAINST the me-too movement for exactly this reason. Thank you for the advice, I got a few paid relays set up which helped me with the spam but I still see mostly bot content. I have not had success on Primal in avoiding bots, there even the bots I block always show back up liking and following me. I don't really understand web of trust? I thought using the paid relays was about getting that?

Look towards the proportion of exports. I'd say if your country's economy exports are like 80% or more of one thing you probably are in a monopoly. But also a lot of the brands are all from one company higher up the food chain. So I think probably even more monopolies than we realize.
