You are similar to my age - I remember you from Twitter - so you can probably recall being young and the ‘olds’ talking about a future of robots doing all the work, and we would have so much ‘leisure time’ They would ask what we would do with all that time. Well, that didn't really work out as we thought. We now spend our time in a pod lmao. Now when we look to the future, we don’t ask about leisure time, we ask what we will do with all the unemployed 😂

Kind of agree here. As soon as you accept taxes are needed to one degree or another, it is only a matter of where you draw the line. That’s the real world. The other bit ‘anti state’ people miss, is that if you have no state, another will come in and control you - they will fill the vacuum. This is literally the history of the world - weak state or no state resulted in being colonised. States are at worst a necessary ‘evil’ and the only question for me is which format of state I would rather live in.

Not up to date on latest ‘news’ but if the question is as you pose here, the answer is obvious: I do not want a mechanism to freeze coins, because it isn’t about the man who steals mine, it is about the ability for people to freeze coins for any other reason. Zoom out broski. The ‘loss’ might be bigger than you or I.
