
I've been lifting pretty consistently for about 2.5 years now but only in the last 7 months did I get serious about pushing myself to lift heavier, push to failure and to watch my protein intake. Since approximately March, I went from 145lbs to my goal of 160lbs with a much healthier body composition. Now I'm getting questions from friends and family asking what I've been doing when I've just taking the process seriously and being consistent. I'm super proud of hitting my 160lbs goal, not just for hitting a number but proving to myself that I can be self-disciplined and that I can achieve goals that I set out for myself.
