Used to do the “2 minute chin-up hold” as part of the primary school fitness challenge. Run 1 mile, how many sit-ups in some amount of time (don’t recall) and can you hold a chin-up for 2 minutes. That one was tough.

And apparently the Epstein Files.

Only understand half of that, but sounds like the shit to me. last year I wouldn’t have understood any of it :) Nostr rox and especially Nostr Peeps! LFG
