Thanks! I'm so grateful I found weightlifting. I always feel my best pushing those weights higher. I know some like running, some like cycling, and some like rowing... But for me, I'll always be lifter. Found my calling and I can't stop. My wife usually has to stop me when I'm sick and need to heal, just because I want to keep pushing.
