Intelligence is the ability to solve problems in your mind. Making money is a problem pretty much everybody is trying to solve, and it’s not that hard for intelligent people. What is hard is finding out how to do it in a virtuous way. It seems most ways of making a lot of money (at least with the current systems/incentive structures) involve some sort of moral compromise

If there’s one thing I learned from my road trip, it’s that politics is top of mind for almost everyone everywhere, and people are as divided as ever. It just depends which state you’re in whether you hear the complaints of the red team or the blue team (both are quite unhappy).
