If that’s the only edit you did in Davinci then there’s not much to learn. You can find a couple YouTube videos that walk you through how to do a tracked blur. I probably have a couple buried in my “liked videos” playlist that I could find if you’re interested. Doing tracked stuff can sometimes hit the processor hard though, so it might take a while to render.

The genie’s out in the open and I don’t think any amount of declared guardrails will matter. Governments will ALWAYS erode or ignore barriers to more power.
