Each time MSTR sells $1B STRC -> they add $0.115B in dividend obligations annually and $1B in capital via BTC or an 8.69x capital / dividend per year. BTC needs to go low and stay low for years for there to be a risk to STRC dividend.

If the dividend gets paid consistently and btc dump is not significantly below current levels, why would STRC dump?

STRC traded $1.5B today and closed $100.00 on the nose. Nuts. Imagine STRC demand when BTC goes back above $100k and STRC is 10x over collateralized + a year of track record. Unless BTC collapses hard to see how MSTR does.
