Das die Strecke überhaupt die letzten drei Jahre noch offen war, war quasi Russisches Roulette jedes mal wenn du in den Zug eingestiegen bist. Entweder mit dem Risiko das der entgleist oder nur ein paar Stationen fährt bis der Ersatzverkehr irgendwo einspringt weil - die bösen Bieber - wieder irgendwo irgendwas angeblich auf die Strecke geworfen haben. Und der Bahnhof hier in der "Stadt" ist so runtergekommen das du bei der Einfahrt nicht mal mehr die Schilder lesen kannst. Lächerlich und absoluter dritter Welt zustand.

"My question is - What would you do if you were in my (and probably others) situation; in that all my coins are on CC on one device." At this moment of time I would move the funds to a new wallet. Any wallet you deem trustworthy. Then wait out and see if Coldcard survives this.

I don't think so. The market remains seemingly unaffected by this incident. It may have further killed trust in 3rd parties which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sad for those who lost their sats in the process though.

By using a hardware wallet, any hardware wallet, people are trusting a 3rd party and their software. In a world that's meant to operate in a trustless manner. Hardware wallets never made sense to me. Hence, I don't have one.
