I think the definition in the Jerm video. He says something like nuclear energy came from the term New Clean Energy. Whereas the term nuclear bomb come from nucleus of a cell or something like that. But they conflated the two like they do with everything.

Didn't they say it wouldn't be habitable for 10000 years. Sounds a lot like safe and effective.....
