So Israel's blockade on Gaza has created mass starvation in Gaza. Hypothetically, if all the surrounding Arab countries blockaded Israel, and the Israelis starve in return, such occurrence would force Israel's hand at ending its genocide. Perhaps a mutual peace could be achieved in this way. Israel has used starvation as warfare, thus justifying it in return, naturally.
