Thank youuuu 💜 my parents weren't particularly like this, but neither were they healthy. Is not something I've ever been oblovious of, but shadow work has strongly helped me see my own patterns and inherited dynamics in the last 2 years. Amen to your words, may we all be able to do so. 🫂✨

We don’t choose the families we grow up in, but we can choose to break the cycle. The problem is when children who absorb these dynamics grow into adults who can’t see them in themselves.
