Congrats what's one thing that you like/dislike that you didn't expect?

Sorry to hear...will be clear skies soon. I help people with "posture education" to get out of pain and stop it from coming back. Worked for me better than anything else.... It is education about balanced way to sit, stand, bend etc, and is based on how pre-industrial peoples inhabit their bodies (they are free of muscular skeletal pain) It can be done over zoom.
