World ID https://world.org/ is a globally centralized verified digital ID platform. CACert https://cacert.org is a federated system to meetup with people IRL and verify their pubkeys (sign their certs) as sponsored by real humans. Nostr is based on digital IDs. Is there a convention whereby users can sign other users pubkey at meetups IRL to vouch that they are a Real Human? (Or at least a bot controlled by a Real Human. The Real Human status of globalists is indeterminate.) The PGP web of trust worked like that. (I suppose Nostr doesn't use PGP keys because they are too large being RSA?)
