Coffee/BTC & Coffee/USD are separate markets with seperate supplies & demands. It'd be very unlikely & unnatural for the prices to always be the same.

LLMs have memories like goldfish; it will forget not to kill humans in 3 prompts time. Databases compress data in time at the expense of space; LLMs compress data in space at the expense of time. The latter is (for now) far more costly & far less accurate. ...but consumers love it.
