We have a similar Bitcoin friendly Shopify alternative for EU merchants, also compatible with Lightning and BTCPay server. It's certainly more difficult to get this off the ground in Europe, but we are trying to convince fiat merchants to accept Bitcoin and adding them to BTC Map. https://btcshops.eu
