Nothing more important than family. 1. Save 10% into emergency fund (2-6 months) 2. 20% to pay off debt 3. Live off 70% If not debt can do 10-30% into emergency fund then when that bucket is full put that 10-30% into stacking.

Maybe unpopular around here but this is why you should have a 2-6 month buffer in cash so you don’t get forced to sell. That said you sold to support your family no shame in that family first. You have more knowledge this time around you’re still ahead of all the no coiners and latecomers
