I don't think failure really exists. Either you move forward or you learn. For example, I lost a lot of money in memecoins... I could cry about it. but I realized that I was running after wind and I came back to Bitcoin, a true currency with real goals behind it. What I saw as a loss became a lesson that made me evolve inside. What was your lesson for you?

That's a great question... I have a way to see freedom that was influenced by my grandfather. For me, freedom means not being permanently bound to anything, or at least knowing that a chose to be bounded to it It’s the ability to recognize when something has influence over me, to consciously choose whether I accept it or not, and to know I can walk away when I decide. For example I know that my girlfriend has power over me because of the emotions I have for her but I chose this and accept it. If she begans to be toxic I know that even if it hurts me to leave I will not stay because freedom is a pillar of my identity. That is also why I chose bitcoin over the bank system. Because I have easy access to my money and banks can stop me from using it and if there is a better alternative in the future I will change to it. For me true Freedom isn’t about rejecting all forms of control, but about keeping the power to step in and out of this control to myself and on my own terms. Kind of a long note 😂👀

Fat and muscle are two completely different tissues. One doesn’t “convert” into the other, but both can change at the same time: With the right training stimulus (progressive overload, enough intensity), your body builds muscle mass. With a proper diet (caloric balance, protein intake) and activity, your body uses fats and energy source. That’s why in 5 months you can look leaner and more muscular even with almost the same body weight... you lost fat and gained muscle simultaneously. So yes, fat can’t “turn into” muscle, but you can replace fat on your body with newly built muscle, which is what clearly happened here. 💪🔥
