I like racquet sports so theres that. It can be played more casually than tennis but it still takes skill to get good. Its a hell of a cardio workout as well.

Badminton is great and we used to play it a lot. Then we got competitive and it wore on my shoulders too much. I played a lot of tennis as a kid but I already know my knees can't handle it like they used to. Pickleball can still be played pretty hardcore but its relatively less taxing imo. Great cardio.
