Fortunately, a properly designed plug will pop the wire off before it catches on fire, but better to be safe than sorry, as they say.
It’s an outlet from an appliance space above my stove. Finally got corroded and oily enough to short across the prongs.
Old outlet (really old. Over 40 years old) above the stove got corroded and oily enough to short across the prongs. Fortunately, one of the wires popped like a fuse before anything caught on fire, which is how it’s designed to work.
RIP NOSTR.
“Also, smoke this entire carton of cigarettes and drink this handle of Captain Morgan, because we’re not convinced you know smoking and drinking are bad your you.”
“This could have been an email, but we’re gonna take all your money to teach you a lesson like we’re your dad, because we’re the good guys.”
Stealing money and keeping it as an “exploit reporting fee,” while claiming to be one of the good guys is the new meta.
