Ordered a homiletics book that I discovered on a blog review from (i think) doug wilson 12ish years ago. I had gifted my original copy, as I tend to do with my favorite books. The Homiletical Plot really coincided with my study of Luther's theology of preaching forgiveness of sins. Preaching "application" was losing its luster. Book should be here tomorrow, hope it holds up to my fond memories. Now i just need to find somewhere to preach. Small problem.
